Grendel's trying to get off his ass and do things... I've had this one scanned for a while, I decided I'd upload a version of it before getting it colorized... it's the same colors as his original ref anyway..

Asmo's body was smashed and torn by the Monoceros, or unicorns if you prefer, and normally that would have healed instantly. However, a banishing was then performed. Normally that simply would have ejected him from 'the world,' but in this case, Lucien's spell (the binding/summoning) was stronger than the banishing and Asmo's avatar remains.

However the damage done by the unicorns was made lasting, because the banishment blessed the injury to his 'form,' so he can't heal it instantly. If asmo assumed another avatar, (such as Aesma-deva) then the wounds would disappear, but in OG, he seems to prefer his male human form. Normally he appears as in his first ref-sheet, however, at this point if an effect that peirces illusion is cast upon him, Asmo appears as in this ref.
